A key factor in a successful safety program is worker training. Effective training not only checks the compliance boxes but also reduces injury and incident rates by raising awareness of hazards and safe work practices.

How can you boost your training completion rates, maximize your training efforts and ensure your safety message is getting to the greatest number of workers? This webinar, the third in our four-part series of Managing Your Safety Program in the Cloud, will try to answer those questions as we explore ways to increase training participation and completion.

Join our speaker Natae Bugg as she covers the following topics related to increasing participation and completion rates in online learning:

  • It’s Human Nature
  • Small Wins
  • Keep it Short and Simple
  • “Be’s” and Carrots

Our final webinar in the series, coming in March, will look at training retention and creating training that sticks.
